Professional sport and film industry are considered to be one of the most profitable activities. A famous athlete or a movie star could receive several millions of dollars money for a competition or a movie. These careers are surrounded by numerous legends and myths related with the easiness of the work and the lack of any knowledge and skills. A great number of people thinks that athletes and actors earn so much money just because their inherent gene, which enable them could do excellent jobs in acting or sporting. However, people who study hard in school or work hard every day even could not earn 10% of actors or athletes' extreme high income. This situation seems unfair, which triggers the controversial topic about whether actors or professional athletes are paid too much.
Thesis 1: It is reasonable to pay higher salary for athletes and actors who bring positive effects to people.
Firstly, Actors and athletes keep to the standards in everything like shape, weight and fashion, which could encourage citizens to exercise more and enhance their aesthetic standard.
secondly, those people create the image of the country, higher salaries could encourage them to prove their skills in acting and sporting. Create better image of the country.
Thirdly, in order to success, they may need to contribute most of their time on exercising and rehearsing because of the peer pressure and high competition. When actors and athletes become famous, their personal life may be exposed to the public, making troubles to their daily life.
Fourthly, Those people may have low capacity of doing other type of occupations. Actors and athletes become less competitive when they are older, which means higher salary could enable them to survive for the rest of their life when they retire.
Thesis 2: High salaries for athletes or actors seems to be unfair towards the professions which are supposed to be even more difficult and important like teachers and doctors.
Firstly, actors and athletes do not have regular work schedules and they may work only few mouths a year.
Secondly, The money athletes are being paid would be money better spent on education or paying teachers or people who do something for the community
